Information about becoming a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Pennsylvania:

In order to become licensed to sell real estate in the state of Pennsylvania, you must be at least 18 years of age. In addition, you must take 60 hours of instruction from a state accredited school, pass a state exam and become affiliated with a licensed real estate broker.

There are several area Real Estate schools that offer convenient class times to accommodate most anyone's schedule. We recommend Polley Associates in the Greensburg or Pittsburgh area.
