We worked with Michael Vernon on both the sale of our cabin and the purchase of another home in Ligonier. There were many challenges on both transactions from financing to major repairs.  Michael was able to handle every issue that threatened both sales. Since we are not from the area, most of the paperwork was handled via the Internet, which saved us time and energy driving back and forth as there were numerous changes in both agreements.   Michael was pleasant to work with and always prompt in returning our phone calls.  We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent.

I came to this area after being away for 33 years.   Being single & wanting a small home, was interested in a patio home (ranch type, 1 level).  My sister showed me a house in Ligonier that I liked & it was listed by Ligonier Valley Realty.  I made a phone call & got in touch with Mike.

Mike not only showed me & my sister the house later that day, but he showed it to me & my brother the next day. It turns out that I chose a patio home in my hometown of Greensburg that suited me a little better.  Before this, Mike & I spent 3 weeks looking a homes, pulling up listings of patio homes in the area & in my price range, and visiting each.
